Patient Accounting

Insurance payments are posted promptly, allowing any remaining patient responsibility to be addressed quickly. Statements are generated according to your practice's needs, but at least monthly and always including direct contact information for our office so patients can receive knowledgeable answers to their inquiries. We provide a dedicated phone line and a HIPAA-compliant fax contact to ensure patients can reach us securely and efficiently
